General manager Sean and the entire team at the Queensberry made our stay a delight, from start to finish. We checked in early, as they prioritise rooms in accordance with arrival time, not before having a cup of tea by the fire in the reception room (very much needed on a cold January day). Then, Sean took us up to our room and personally explained every detail. And if that wasn’t enough, not even five minutes after that, they surprised us with a bottle of champagne (we were celebrating our anniversary). The room was large and comfortable, and the concierge-made guide laying out what to see in Bath proved indispensable. The room service bar snacks we ordered later that evening were yummy, reasonably priced and came quickly (even though it was well past midnight). Breakfast was similarly delicious and the hotel bar even had blankets on hooks by the door to the garden. There wasn’t a single thing the Queensberry hasn’t thought of. Thank you ever so much for an amazing stay.

This hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the thoughtful service. Being able to sit and relax while checking in was a great touch. The reception area was well-equipped with water, tea, and coffee, and the comfortable furniture made it a pleasant place to unwind. Another highlight was the luggage service—leaving my bags at the entrance and having them delivered directly to my room was a nice convenience. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Stepping into the room, I was greeted by soothing classical music, which added to the elegant atmosphere. Everything was simply perfect, with nothing lacking. On top of that, the location was unbeatable. I would definitely love to stay here again!

The staff was very friendly. They took the luggage to the room and even gave us a tour of the venue before escorting us to our room. The staff was very accommodating for a few specific request we had and provided fantastic service. The rooms were well put together and cozy. The only potential negative is the location if you want to be closer to the downtown area of bath. It was about a 10-15 minute walk, partially down a large hill, to get to many of the restaurants and shops. With that said, the locale is very close to the royal crescent and the walk is very manageable.

The Queensberry is a four star hotel, so we expected the service, the room and the hotel to be good and it delivered. The hotel is very much in keeping with the surroundings and the historical grandeur of Bath. The garden / court yard behind the hotel is a nice touch in an essentially city area. We probably had one of the cheaper rooms on the top floor and it was still very, very nice. Valet parking worked perfectly as well, which is a relieve because parking would have been a pain. Food in the Olive tree restaurant is exceptional. Book a table!

The staff was truly amazing. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. There is an "optional" gratuity built into the bill, which I did not mind at all. The location is excellent for touring the town on foot - far enough away from downtown to be quiet, but not too far to make a stroll in for a pint too onerous. There are very few eating/shopping opportunities in the immediate environs, but a 10 minute walk downhill puts you in the thick of things. The valet parking was convenient and efficient but not cheap (25 pounds/night).
